Re: SOR Sprite Edits, Fake Screens, & Original Work
Thanks Iceweb for the compliment and yes SORDave my sprites are free to use, just credit me if it's possible.
Ivan Petrov is updated with a correct running animation, some frames when he is taken hostage and a blue tie.
I noticed that the "real" General Petrov wears a blue tie and the fake one, a red tie (when Shiva takes his disguise)

Wow, ok, I never thought about it but a playable Petrov would be a lot of fun. lol Hoping someone posts some footage.

This is a nice thing, could be even for Shiva-3 when he's caught but instead of removing his disguise, he whoops your ass with it.

@Don Vecta: Yes, this could be a nice thing .
Another bearded man, God Hand from the SOR1 concept characters. At the end of SOR3, we see Axel and Adam practicing karate so I assumed that God Hand is the master of these 2 protagonists:
We have here 2 versions, thanks to different palettes: one with decorations on the kimono and another without. I find the classic style simply perfect but I like having the choice; let's say the second is his demonstration outfit
I'd like to know what you think of his main moves and I just need some help with his running animation. Thank you for your comments and suggestions!

Man this is some fantastic stuff. Can I ask what program you use to make your sprites?

Nothing very complicated: Paint Classic is more than enough for what I have to do and Photofiltre Studio for recoloring (Photoshop or any other software that can modify a color en masse can do the trick very well ).

Thanks! I want to get better at drawing my own sprites and was curious about what you used. Anyways keep up the good work!

I am very grateful to Kimono for this dream come true. It was impossible to even dream about this, but now this secret has been revealed. Back in 97-2000, we thought at the end of the game, who trained Axel?...Here you can come up with a great story. Well, the work of incarnation is divine. You have a gift!Herb1e wrote:Thanks!
