Nicely done,Oracle,I can imagine someone creates this as a Data thing for SORR,it would be sick.

Starting to make a Zan Beta Replica
Well, I hope this is the proper place, I'm trying to recreate Zan's Sprites seen in the SOR3 Beta footage posted by IceWeb:
That's what I did for the moment:
I used VLC to split the video above into Frames, resized then to 50% (making the picture equal to Zan's sprites Beta sprites found by gsaurus), then used my basic Python scripts, getting predominant colors to cluster and replace then. In the final, make the changes by myself on paint (I'm newbie in doing sprites )
for the moment, I need help to identify what is happening in Zan's arms, I thought it was a kind of a drill, but I still don't know.

Funny you did that, I also took screens from the videos and resized but never tried what you did, which looks pretty good.
I compiled every Beta zan frame I found from magazines and that video into this pack, in case someone someday would try to recreate them :

As for that particular special attack, I believe his arms are acting like drill indeed and with the high speed of the rotation it's supposed to look blurry I guess.
Good luck with that work

Thanks a lot for the material IceWEb!! I tried it with another frame, and Zan came too gray, so I used some of his beta good quality sprites fragments and final zan to his hand.
Note: I think they are different standing Frames, but I put together to show the difference. You can see that the right one even being bad quality, got 15 or 16 different colors instead 5120, making easier to replace colors.

You're very welcome.
In any case, I think this should be posted on another thread.
Lemme know when you agree with this so I can proceed to the change.

Of course I agree, I was thinking in create another thread for it, but since I got only this 1 frame, I wasn't sure about it.

Ay, that's dope how u changed Blaze into Tyris, daniel. Pretty nice!
So yea, small sneak peek. This is a Streets of Rage 3 hack I've been workin on for months, now. Very early WIP, sum anims aren't scaled properly.
