Remake v5.2?!

this looks to be an extensive hack of the game, definitely not betting on it being official but it looks good. Supports widescreen, looks to have better pad support and it has some extra stuff.

Fantastic find Din! If this is legit,I hope this guy can add new enemies & unused stuff that are scrapped from the betas of the original genesis trilogy.

Also I noticed he seems to be adding new areas & stages?

I'm pretty sure this is unofficial but it would be amazing to see this released. I definitely like the looks of the new stages put in, and proper widescreen support! Hope we hear more about this.

We will have to wait and see & learn more about this.

That new song, The Prologue, that plays on the Remake route is amazing! I hope more will come from this!

Nice find Din! That widescreen is like music to my eyes.

I hope if this is real that going full screen works properly as well. It would be nice to be able to stream the game in fullscreen mode with no hiccups.

After discussing about it for a while, we noticed that the channel's content before the alleged "update" was connected to a game dev called Konjak.
We've speculated that this may be an extensive hack and unfortunately not a official update to the project. At least it's something.

I would like to in the future. Right now I'm working on an original beat em up IP and also helping with some streets 4 related stuff.

I do hope they release it. I really wanna see what are the whole list of fixes and updates and if they did something with SORmaker as well as adding more functions. You know that's my thing.

Same here Don,I mean think of things it can do with said SORmaker,we can add bike scenes,custom enemies,bosses etc.

Yes! Loving the sound of it. It's sort of a combination of SOR4's They're Back and Opus III - It's A Fine Day/Orbital - Halcyon. It's kind of what I wanted more of in V4 and V5 and why I love Entertainment Street so much.

I inquired about contributing music. Will see what he says.

These improvements look great. I like what I am seeing here, what I have noticed:
- 16:9 widescreen support is fantastic!
- Hit damage and grab damage is shown on the player select screen, seems tailored on a per-character basis
- I really like the new menu layout with the submenus, much easier to find the options you are looking for.
- Looks like new artwork on the menu aswell.
- The choice of onscreen icons for the buttons is nice too.
- New music!
- Option for HQ voices
- Achievements added

Official or not Im still going to support this.

I mean, is there such a thing as an official fan game?
Regardless, even if Bomberlink is no longer involved, I like the idea of his work being continued.
