I am having trouble with coustom portraits they don't show up in the applications help

I cannot use properly the custom portraits. I have followed all intructions (I think) with .png pictures with 44*44 pixel size. I gave them IDs from 500.png to 510.png and I named them in a .txt file.

When I use the "Aperçu" (Preview) function, it works perfectly. Ingame there is no portrait, only an empty frame with text.

I put .png pictures and .txt file in the main folder, in the mod folder, in the script folder... No way, no portrait appears ingame.

I have a similar issues but the portraits don't come up at all
