Language Question?

Hello guys,

Hope I am not breaking any rules by posting this question.  But in my quest to find new mods for Streets of Rage I have come across this title:

Evil City: Fury of the Dragon

And was having a look at it and saw that whatever alphabet it was using for the intro/cutscene it was not a Latin/Roman based one and cannot use anything like Google translate to get it into a readable form because of this!

Is there any way I can find out what language this is written in and any possible way to translate it to English?

First off, as you downloaded that mod from the "all-completed-mods-index" thread, you could have posted the question there rather than a new thread in the completed mods section.

Secondly, that mod as well as a few others were made in Russia and the text is Russian, can your computer understand Russian? There are no plans to translate such mods unless the Russian modders decide to do-so.

If your computer had the Russian language pack you could probably copy and paste the text from the mod folder and translate it that way.But it wouldn't be that accurate.

This mod my friend in the Russian community. Cutscenes and text is Russian.
I can ask him about the translation into English language.

It is planned to translate "Christmas Odyssey" in English language.
