DOUBLE POST FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

The Man of Steel had some positive screenings...and was a resounding success

Joblo guy really loved the movie

-Imagine a Nolan story with Snyder effects/action.
- It's the best movie of the year.
- There's TONS of action with Superman kicking all kinds of ass in his suit.
- The cape is CG'd most of the time so it can look awesome.
- They have intentionally left out most of the the Super action in trailers to save it.
- It's not nearly as dour and serious as the trailers suggest.
- The movie is complete, minus the 3D post-conversion, which is currently taking place

Hype for Iron Man 3.

Beginning to get hype for Man of Steel. Hope this movie makes me like Superman more than I do now. tbh he's one of my least favorite, but I do like the idea of him as a villain which is why I'm interested in the

Watched Skyfall last night and i have to say i was impressed. No OTT explosions or pointless action, tight script, very good film. Tempted to say one of the best Bond films out there.

I'm no fan of Craig playing Bond but damn, credit where credit's due on this one.

Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo in talks for a Vacation reboot

I don't see how this is going to be a reboot. The other movies never really cared about continuity anyways. Laughing

Evil Dead remake was fucking AWESOME!!!

I really enjoyed it much more than the original. But then again, the original I just found to be ok. This remake pretty much does what Sam Raimi intended to do with the original + it has some references to the original trilogy overall. I recommend everyone seeing it, very fucking gory too. One of the best remakes I have ever seen.

Oh yeah, and stay after the credits, there is something cool afterwards. Wink

And I was hearing some good reviews on TV just now. Sad to hear that. Neutral

It seems like this has been a kick to the nuts year movie-wise. Everything so far (sans Evil Dead for me) has been nothing but absolute disappointment.

Yeah my hype kinda died down after the first trailer, wasn't sure what to expect when I saw they shoehorned in a bunch of different armors for apparently no reason. I really hope the rest of phase 2 isn't bad.

Anyway I finally got around to seeing The Departed. Fucking excellent movie.

Also finally saw Expendables 2. So much awesome in one movie. The writing could have been a bit better, I didn't care for the insane amounts of screentime Statham gets compared to the other guys, BUT I enjoyed it for what it was.

Still would have loved for Michael Jai White and Jackie Chan to get in on the action Razz

The rumor right now is that Chan is in Expendables 3. Along with Milla, Snipes, and Cage.

Still hoping that White, Hogan, Ford, Seagal, and Gibson all join. Then it would be perfect. Laughing
