Unless you ask Hitoshi Ariga to make Bare Knuckle Manga. His arts are awesome because he was the designer of Streets of Rage 2 (Bare Knuckle 2 Mega Drive) he's also creator of Rockman Megamix manga.

Streets of Rage as a manga/anime...that would be pretty cool indeed.

Currently, my favorite manga is Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple (aka Shijou Saikyo no Deshi Kenichi). I also follow Mysterious Girlfriend X to a slightly lesser degree, and I also like the classic Fist of the North Star. Oh yes, and there's also my favorite from the 90s, Rurouni Kenshin, which they recently made into a live action movie.

1) Berserk! Great one, still going, but gramps is getting really lazy, for some reason!
2) Claymore! Completed...
3) Dance in the Vampire Bund! Quite controversial, but very nice!
4) Elfen Lied!
5) Full Metal Alchemist!
6) Fate Stay Night, Fate Zero (even better that one), Fate Unlimited Blade Works!
7) Phantom of Inferno! Great work.
Dragonball (Z, GT, etc)!
9) Naruto!
10)Tsukuyomi!
11) Angel Beats!
12) Ao no Exorcist!
13) Scrapped Princess!
14) Neon Genesis Evangelion!

24) Nozoki Ana! (hot title, but fan-service aside, it is one of the deeper titles, with various feelings imposed on the reader/watcher)

27) Vampire Juuji Kai! (another complex read/watch, one of the better titles i have ever read)
28) Zero no Tsukaima! (mangaka died, leaving it incomplete...)
29) Monster Musume no Iru Nichizu! (fanservice and even then, not good quality)
30) Flowers of Evil! (mostly twisted fanservice, but full of feelings, emotions and dark side)
31) Ore no Imouto ni koi wo suru! (like the above...)
Dungeon Ni Deai!
32) XXXHolic and Tsubasa World Chronicles!
33) Higurashi!

I also was fond of certain other manga and anime with Dragon and Vampire themes/characters, but i have already forgotten their titles, even though they were quite interesting for a read or watch. I apologize for not remembering everything.

Here are some Manhwa too (korean manga), that i would recommend to someone, because they are GOOD!

1) Noblesse
2) Witch Hunter
3) City of the Dead Sorcerer
4) Dr. Frost
5) The Gamer (this one is a must read, for any, well, GAMER!)
