Impossible I've played Shaolin Monks to death. However 2005 is also DMC3 (did not play that one) so I would say "Devil May Cry 3 : Dante Awakening" by guessing

It's a 2006-2007 "fighting game" with a non standard POV. (I speak of the camera angle).
