NAME THAT GAME!!!

This was a pretty popular game on the older forum, but unfortunately died. But since it's a new forum and a new beginning for all of us, I figured that it might be perfect to go ahead and resurrect it now and start fresh.

I. Introduction
Any old members remember the old game we used to play on this forum? Yeah, it unfortunately died and some time has passed. I was thinking about it lately and I thought about reviving it and give a fresh new start.

II. HERE ARE THE RULES:
1. Upload a song from a certain video game onto a site like MediaFire, zShare, or even youtube.
2. REMOVE all information of the song from the file. There were so many people that forgot or didn't know how to do this when they uploaded a song here (myself included).
3. After uploading a song and people are struggling to figure out what the game is, you MUST GIVE OUT HINTS. This was the main reason why this game died the last time, so give out hints frequently. If you don't give out a hint after three days of uploading the song or after the last hint, you lose your turn.
3a. If person #1 (the person who is up) loses their turn, then person #2 (the person who had the previous turn) will get another turn.
4. If you guess the name of the game correctly, but you don't want to upload a song, then you are allowed to give it to another member on the forum if you wish.
5. Post the song FROM THE GAME ITSELF!!! It cannot be a remix from OCRemix, vgmusic.com, etc. Those won't count. No remixes made from outside the game itself or MIDIs.
6. If someone guesses the name of the game right, then they are right. Don't tell them they got to name which version of the game it is, because it's "Name That Game" not "Name That Game And Which Console This Particular Version This Game Came Out On".
6a. Also, don't make them guess where it is played at in the game. You're just guessing the name game.

III. Hints That You Shouldn't Post Out of Respect of Other Posters
- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE no stupid hints like:
1. In this game, someone talks to you and it irritated the shit out of me.
2. It's a hard game.
3. You try not to get a game over.
4. The first two games in the series were awesome, the rest sucked ass though.
5. There is a 3-sided thingy.
- Some of these were based off of some actual ones I saw in the previous thread. I don't want to attack anyone and hopefully didn't hurt someone's feelings but please don't give out hints like that, I know you are trying your hardest to be sneaky but you got to help us out in some way.

Not either of those games. It was a fighting game, but it was different than any other, especially for it's time.

Nope, much more different.

Release year was 1999. Platforms are (apparently) Arcade, Dreamcast and PSP, though I've only ever played the DC version, and seen the PSP version. I didn't know an arcade version existed until now lol.
