Breath of fire 4, I still have its soundtrack in my HD and, of course I still remember it, even the "pabu pabu, puka puka" song

Alot of people requested characters from that game for UMvC3.

This might be difficult.

Hint 1: The game was released on Playstation in the year 2000.

It reminds me a lot of the SoRR v4 credits theme. But no clue as to what game it is.

i love that game playing as 2 men commandos. is one of those different but special games that in fact looks cartoony like you say.
