- SOR3 Electra 6: I made this one a while back on the forum, in 2008 i think. Was inspired by Aya Brea from Parasite Eve and now that I managed to recreate it on the editor, I think it looks superb!
- 7 : simply wanted to do something icy
- converted my pink palette for Yasha to SOR1 Blaze. I also put inside a corrected version of the Yasha palette, no more blue outlines when she falls.
- I found that Jack palette in a hacked SOR2 a long while ago, can't remember who made it but I thought it was great and wanted to recreate it.

Turbografx-16 Rick Taylor. Unfortunately the brightest spots on his skin share the colors with the mask, so it looks like he's either covered in blood (fittingly enough i think) or has a really bad skin condition.

Given Sega's rivalry with Nintendo at the time, I don't think it's a coincidence Ash's default red palette resembles Mario.

Really awesome palettes. Yeah, I also love working on the lower mooks. Their colors are usually uniform and easy to edit in skin, clothes, hair and accessories. It is possible to make bright colored outfits without messing with the rest of the colors (like fuck you, Suits palettes, impossible to make proper white suits! Evil or Very Mad

).

Yeah, Suit palettes are awful to work with if you want to do any lighter colors. SOR3 Electra palettes are somewhat unflexible as well, 'cause part of her hair uses the same palette as her jacket. You can sorta notice it on Iceweb38's screenshot above.
On the other hand, I find that the martial artist (Haku-Oh, Hakuyo and Tiger) palettes are a lot of fun to edit, especially Hakuyo - changing the color of his pants actually changes the color of his chi attack.

I find Hakus very awesome. It is possible to make them brunette or red haired without messing their outlines. The Hakuyos' problem is also the pants can't be dark as the skin brightness will affect that too, same problem with fatties and Barbons. All their shirts (in the case of Barbon, the pants) must be gray or yellow the last tone and the skin has to be dark (like a Latino, Indian or Black) in order to make them look good.
