They're already halfway in a week and there's plenty of materials to check out. Game is handled by the original producers and SEGA has nothing to do with it so this kinda sounds promising!

I was sort of hoping it would be in more the style of the second one which I was in my opinion was the best one. I have to be honest though still looks goods and I hope Sega keep there paws of it.

IGN Italy dropped the ball, showed the big MGSV announcement a day early. Laughing

Hideo Kojima reflects on the game, talks about how different it is from the other games due to the open world aspect, why he needed to create the FOX Engine because he felt that Japan was lagging behind Western games, Kojima wants Snake to be like Mad Max from the first two movies and not speak as much and let the other characters around him tell the story (Translation: Keifer Sutherland was way too much money and had him speak less so that they wouldn't overpay), and it will be his last MG game ( Laughing

we've heard that one before) and thanks everyone for their patience and support.

Last but not least, the game's release date. The game will be released......September 1st, 2015. A little later than what I expected, but I can wait that long I guess.

I didn't expect the game to be released this year, but not having anything at E3 this year when we had something last year and outside of E3 is pretty irritating. You can't show us something? Sounds like it's also going to be on Nintendo's new console IMO.

In other news:
Donna Burke and Akio Otsuka, voice actors for MGS, call out Konami on their shittiness and ask for fans to still support the team itself but not so much Konami

I will still keep my pre-order, but this will be my last game I will buy from Konami for the time being.

Konami, congrats on earning the third entry on Saven's Video Game Developer Shit List!

1. EA (Added on September 2008 after the SecuROM bullshit in Spore. After years of shitting all over players and acting like they are nothing but sheep and wanting to get hands-on everything, I can no longer trust and support this company.)

2. Sega (Added on April 2011 after the SORR C&D. After years of ignoring other IPs and only caring about Sonic and insulting fanbases of said ignored IPs, this was the last straw for me after they couldn't handle the fact there was a good SOR game out there not made by them and then shutting it down and saying shortly after that there were no plans for another SOR game in the near future. If that's how you feel about your fans, then the feeling is mutual.)

3, Konami (Added on April 2015 after the Kojima Productions handling. Much like above, they really don't care about other IPs not called Metal Gear and also have no respect for game designers either. Their incredibly bad PR isn't helping matters either and the fact that they want MG to be an annual franchise after this game shows me that they really don't care about the quality of the product nor the consumers who would buy it. So if they don't care, then why should I? Oh, and upper management most likely did the whole charging $30 for a demo thing too.)

All the games I'm into have already been released this year, though I've seen a trailer or two for the next Fire Emblem If series. It sounds just like Pokemon games, how they split the content into two separate versions.

Why not suck even MORE money out of the fans? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. :/
