I'm not a fan of Call of Duty or Battlefield (though I admit I had a little fun trying Battlefield), but I can't deny they have pretty much perfected the online multiplayer FPS genre.

The Arkham games on the other hand came up from nowhere and became the best superhero game of all time. If you ever read comics, watched the cartoon or even the movies you should appreciate the attention to detail that went into these games. If you're not a fan that's fine, but you can't just call it shit for no reason.

I'm surprised you even like SoRR since all you seem to do is bash good games.

There is a reason for my dislike for the batman games do not play very well, they are slow and sluggish the story's are bland and characters are very unlikeable. Plus I do not think the graphics are that great or the voice acting either I just fathom or understand why the hell they are so popular they define overrated like gta

To each their own I think.
You may despise the Batman universe but even so, I really fail to fathom how exactly the graphics or the voice acting are not good oO'

The graphics aren't good? C'mon now...You're trying too hard here.

I really can't understand how you can hate the voice acting as well. A lot of it is from Batman: TAS, which had EXCELLENT voice acting and as a big Batman fan felt that series' voices matched each characters personalities perfectly.

I would take this game's voice acting over many games like the original Resident Evil games, Xenogears, Final Fantasy X, etc. to name a few. Let me guess, you didn't like Batman TAS either.

I can see now what Kojima was talking about when he said the new FOX engine made far better use of light and shadows.

btw it looks like I was right about Arkham Origins. WB Montreal has no idea what they're doing. Hopefully this doesn't discourage Rocksteady from doing something amazing with the series.

Hmm I dunno about that. I pre-ordered the game and it arrived on Tuesday. So far, I am very impressed. WB Montreal were given a poisoned chalice really, stick with what made the first two games great and be chastised for making a copy, or deviate from an award wining formula with tried and tested mechanics and be panned for "ruining the series created by Rocksteady."

The reviews were always going to mark the game down for not changing too much, and the fact that it isn't made by Rocksteady is already in the back of the reviewer's mind before they even start typing.

I had low expectations going in, but what I got was a bigger Arkham City, an amazing soundtrack, excellent voice acting, improved boss battles, and a far more coherent and engaging story than City. There are some bugs, but I have encountered none whatsoever so far.

All I'll say is, if you liked Asylum or City, you will like this. Recommended.

That's something that apply to most of the successful series these days anyway.

Always seemed to me Arkham Origins was born under a bad sign because of the fact that it was not the same team behind the previous Arkham games.
Which is a shame considering the great reviews it seems to get worldwide.

If you wanna miss the best 2D fighter of the last 2 years, your call. But oh well, considering your actually rather poor taste, you might consider it garbage, so it's up to you.

KoFXIII is an insanely beautiful game, but it's VERY technical and complex.

On another note, I finally picked up Brawl, and last night I installed Project M and played with some friends. It was loads of fun. Really looking forward to the next build that adds Roy and Mewtwo back from Melee.
