God I hope they're doing a true sequel. All the rumors have been about a prequel or a Justice League game, which while I'm sure Rocksteady would do an awesome job on it, it wouldn't exactly fill the same void.

Honestly Arkham City was nearly perfect. All they need to do is build on that by making Gotham City our next playground, and allowing us to use Batvehicles this time around. I've been kicking around some ideas for co-op and I came up with some pretty neat stuff over at the GFAQ's forum for the game.

Playable in main 1p Story mode:
Batman, Bruce Wayne

Playable in co-op sections & side missions of Story Mode:
Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, Catwoman

(note: Co-op sections can be activated by either playing a mission that involves another character and pressing start on controller 2, or using Batman's comm. link to call for backup and pressing start on controller 2 upon arrival)

Playable in Challenge mode A (hero mode):
Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, Gordon, Azrael, Bruce Wayne, Catwoman

Playable in Challenge mode B (villain mode):
Deathstroke, Joker, Red Hood, Two-Face, Catwoman, Harley Q.

Major villains in storyline:
Hush, Deathstroke, Clock King (TAS design), Riddler, Two-Face, Black Mask, Scarecrow, Red Hood, Bane, Harley Q. & everyone else who

Also, I'd like to add that all side mission/co-op chars are useable in free-roam after beating the main story (if free-roam co-op is possible, PLEASE AND THANK YOU). And before missions featuring 2 heroes at once, player 1 can choose who he/she wants to use for the mission.

Also challenge mode should be full co-op.

So remember how Netherrealm (MK team) made Arkham City Lockdown for iOS? Well now that they're making Injustice, they're using their old connection with Rocksteady to make things a bit more interesting. Wal-mart is offering Arkham City skins for Batman, Joker and Catwoman with a pre-order.

Now I'm kinda torn between this and gamestop since I actually like these chars, but I do want to play the Red Son storyline.

The stage here is Arkham Asylum, skip to 1 min for the coolest part with cameos from Croc, Riddler, Penguin and Two-Face.

Welp, it's official. I'm probably getting this from Wal-Mart. I wonder if they'll have an Arkham City mission pack like they do for the Red Son pack.

So Aliens:Colonial Marines has been released and already the reviews and ratings are "bombing" the game. What did they expect, it pratically just pulled another Duke Nukem Forever if you already knew about its history.

Lets not forget there is footage of the game back in it's prototype form when it was being developed on the PS2 and XBox (before it got canned only to be shovelled back up from its grave).

VG247 own sources confirm that Rocksteady Studios is not developing this particular game. This could nod to the rumoured ‘Silver Age’ Batman prequel that was touted last year.

You know, I'm actually starting to get pretty hype for Injustice. Though I really hope they add someone from Watchmen though. Preferrably The Comedian, or Rorshach, however I'd be ok with Ozymandias too.

I see Aquaman's been added, they should add Red Robin, the bo staff would be cool.

I might start getting interested if Rorshach is in there.

I kinda doubt they'd make him a separate character since the roster is already over-populated by Batman characters, but Nightwing has a Bo Staff (that separates into escrima) and a different Robin is on the cover of the comic so I suspect if he is in, he'll get a RR alt.

So far I really wanna try Cyborg, Deathstroke, Joker and Nightwing. They've pretty much covered all of my favorites from the main DCU.

Unfortunately I really doubt it will happen since Watchmen is loosely related to DC and takes place in an entirely different universe. If anything he'll probably storyless DLC.

So this came in the mail yesterday



Along with a Wii to USB converter. I can now use the stick and the classic controller on my sister's Wii, my PC and my PS3. Not exactly a stick person but it's cool to have, especially since the artwork is so badass.

That is so cool! Was actually thinking of getting one to use for my emulators on Wii. You can use this on PC too? Where did you buy it and how much?

Well I'm not sure about shipping prices and such where you live, but I bought the fightstick on Amazon for about 50 USD, and the converter was only around 12 USD.

^ that's the converter I got. It works great so far for both PC and PS3. Only downside is that the button layout is a tad different on PS3, but it's easily fixed in games where you can change the controls.

As far as the stick goes, I have no complaints. It works great, looks cool, and is apparently easily moddable. (so if the buttons break or you want to swap the buttons to match the color of their PS counterpart, you can easily find the parts needed) The joystick itself might feel different to what you're used to since it's got a square gate (japanese standard) rather than an octagonal/circular gate (US Standard), but again you can swap that out if needed, and tbh it seems to work better for most games imo.

Apparently if you can find one of these sticks at gamestop you can get it for 12 USD, but I have yet to find one
