Initiation challenge map DLC looks wicked, very Batman Begins. Comes with 4 maps, 2 different skins for Bruce, and you can use him in all the other maps too.

Microsoft Game Studios VP hints at wanting to do something with the Shenmue IP, but can't due to obvious reasons.

I wish that one day, Sega sell all of its IPs like Shenmue, Streets of Rage, Ecco, Toejam & Earl, etc. to companies that would actually like to create more games from those franchises, because we all know that Sega only cares about Sonic the Hedgehog nowadays.

Hopefully not microsoft though because fuck buying an Xbone.

Same. Although it is nice to hear one of the big consoles mention about wanting to do something with an old IP that looks to be dead.

In other news, I know we got a small group of people here that really enjoyed FFVIII. Just thought I let you guys know that it was released on Steam today. Not sure what the mod scene is like for the PC version, so it might be worth checking out.

If only they'd make it worth by refining the prerendered sets and refining the 3d models and special effects, I'd be tempted to buy it once again.

Did I forget to mention Ultra Street Fighter IV already has DLC?  

Here's the rundown of VGX last night.

- Shit award show, as normal (although GTAV did win GOTY, which I'm happy about).

- Nintendo's big world premiere was the inclusion of Cranky Kong in the new DKC game. Reggie was super secretive about everything game-related and then said at one point in the interview "What more could you want?" afterwards. That mindset is why Nintendo isn't selling the Wii U.

- A couple new games were announced. Telltale revealed Borderlands and Game of Thrones episodic games.

- Ubisoft revealed Tom Clancy's The Division. Showed off how great the graphics and weather system was, although there wasn't any gameplay to back it up, so I'm still up in the air about this one.

- Tomb Raider is getting a GOTY edition with a graphical update, it will release on the XBone and PS4.

- Destiny looks just like your typical Halo game from Bungie. Won't be looking into this one.

- Agents of Storms looked meh. Then again, I'm not into mobile games so I really didn't care going in.

- The Witcher 3 looked really cool. This was probably my second favorite game coming into the night.

- Thief looks promising I guess. I don't know, the game was so dark I couldn't see anything.

- Quantum Break. Looks promising, although I really want to see how the time-mechanic works in-game. Didn't really get to see that much here. Really hoping for a PC release, I REALLY don't want to buy a XBone.

- South Park: Stick of Truth. Looks funny, like your typical South Park would be. Although the gameplay looked kinda meh. I really can't see the hype for this one.

- Dying Light looked like Mirror's Edge with zombies in it. Looks promising, but I would like to see more.

- Titanfall. This still looks pretty good so far. Can't wait to see more of this in the future.

- Best game revealed for the night was No Man's Sky. It is a procedurally open generated world which will feature planetary exploration, deep oceans, space based battles, and potential predators on the various procedurally generated worlds ecosystems and unforgiving conditions, such as desert worlds with huge carnivore worms.

Hope they fuck them up, EA is one of those corporations that should be the main antagonist of a cheesy sci-fi flick and should be destroyed!

I don't care much about the first link, I mean it only involves EA and its shareholders.
But the 2nd one is just what should happen when a game simply doesn't work as it should. I heard the experience was unbearable.

Available today if you have a PC to play it on!  (Thanks for the music, I loved it in the trailer!)

And I might as well go ahead and buy MvC2 then, this is a great example of how digital-only games can be bad. 

May I suggest you UMvsC3 besides/instead? It's an awesome package full of fun (plus I tried the online with Badjab and it played decently enough)

I said it before and I'll say it again: digital games fucking suck!

Heard TWD is coming out on PS3 today too Ice. So go ahead and see if you can download it yet!

As for me, I just got through the first episode. MUUUUCH better than 400 Days. I won't say anything, but I can't wait for the next episodes.

It's not the first time the EU PS3 is the last one to get the gmae, it already happened on many episodes before, good luck trying to resist the urge to spoil yourself then! I'm actually struggling with it right now!

I heard from a buddy that TWD came out on the US store today. So you might want to check and see if its up on the EU store too.  

I take back what I said, the season 2 is on the EU PSN too!!!
