This game is still getting updates?

I mean what happen to the C&D order from Sega? If this gets word out to Sega this could be really bad, yes? Is this game still going to get updates from now on?

Considering 4's out, I think Sega will be more lenient, especially as they've been more hands-off even with that game.

I'm not saying Sega didn't make anything from it, but they were less involved. I heard that they barely even marketed the game.

Sega announced some time ago that they were being more lenient with regard to fan games, which has allowed Sonic fan games to flourish (and even become official - Sonic Mania), so I guess it stands to reason that they've taken their boot off the throat of SoRR as well.
