Netplay (via steam and hamachi manipulation)

This doesn't work anymore i tried that with friend over Hamachi and we simply couldn't see each other over Steam streaming

Mighy take some troubleshooting, I had the same issue a couple of times but I can't remember what caused it.

Just to confirm, I just tested this with a friend now, and it still works. Although, I did do a test with someone else last night and we couldn't get connected on Steam's In-Home Streaming for whatever reason, despite being connected via Hamachi. I guess that's the problem other people are having?

Lot's of trial and error I suppose to get it to work. Maybe it's their set up? if we can pinpoint the issue that would be really great, I'll update the site page once we do.

there should be some way easier to access online or multplayer mode. It would be great, I do not understand programming, but this idea is fantastic, it should be reversed because I believe it would gain great impact. I imagine it should be like this: lopo after opening the game, you have to have some option of the type create room, or connect to each other by the own hamachi IP, and that's it! simple do not think, I know this should give a very hard work to the programmers, but it would be a dream to be like this.

there's not going to be an update so this post is pointless. If we can find an easier external way to make it happen that would be nice but for now this is what we have.

If a BennuGD core was created for RetroArch you could use netplay.

I'm not sure what those are, I'll look them up though.

RetroArch is a multi-system emulator (not really but that's what most use it for) that is cross-platform. You launch "cores" from within RetroArch, most of which are the latest versions of emulators. BennuGD is the language used to write SORR.

Here is the Libretro/RetroArch website, I would highly recommend it for emulation these days over anything else.
