How to play 2p with 2 control pads?

I have two control pads that work with the PC and one works with SORR.
I would like to use both for 2p games, is there any software that can map the keyboard buttons to the pad so that SORR thinks i am using a keyboard when I'm not as SORR only allows one pad to work...
