That's probably better than their call centre customer service. Last time I called them I ended up speaking to half of India and still got nowhere after 90 minutes!

Yeah I've had that feeling before. It's pretty much unique to find a company these days that doesn't keep you on hold for longer than it takes to read War & Peace, and then put you through to the other side of the world to some guy who doesn't understand a word you're saying.
