Yo! Does anyone know how to create pallets? I would like to create pallets for my project (Blaze COP), but I can't even open PAL files. I searched and found programs like corel painter and other web suggestions, most do not recognize or I need to buy the premium version. If anyone can help I appreciate it. study

I am pretty sure you have to use the pallet changer thing in sor remakebi don't think I can use a outside program but I could be wrong
