Streets Of Rage redux 2nd impct

So, its official a street of rage redux 2 is now in the works!

i have been working on this for a about a month or 2 now but I decided to make if official now!!!
This Mod will take a lot of time because it's gonna be a lot more story driven than the 1st one so there is a lot of work to be done and it will also include custom palettes


Here is the story as of now
Mr.X has teamed up with another syndicate and has kidnaped Adam hunter. now it's up to Axel, Blaze, Shiva, Rudra and their new friend Max Thunder to take down the new joint syndicate and save their friend Adam
