Someone knows this sormaker mod?

Hello.

There is a guy that says he made this Sorr mod.

The thing is that he never uploaded the link in comments and he is very evasive about it.


when things like this happen, sometimes the guy that uploaded the video  is not the guy who made the mod.

For example, there was a guy that took a latin american captain tsubasa 2 nes translation i made in 2013 (translation, sprites edits,etc) an uploaded a full walkthough of the game saying that he made it.
When people asked him for a link, he gave them another ct2 translation made by other guy (a worse one).
Because my translation had my name in the title screen, so if he gave them the real link it was going to be obvious that he wasnt the author.

He even took the work to edit the first video of the walktough with a fake title screen to hide my name on it.

I want to know if someone knows this sormaker mod, because perhaps, he is evasive because he didnt made it and modified the title screen to make it look like he made it.

but this is just a guess due to that incident I had with one of my projects


This sormake mod is in portuguese, the only clue i have.

I googled the uploaders name plus the title. Could only find dead blog sites with what look like video mirrors and video downloads.
Shame because the recreation of Round 8 looks amazing.

Ah I remember seeing this mod awhile ago. I always thought it was strange that he posted these videos on to YouTube with no download link (or even a reason why he was not posting the download link). I doubt this mod was made by someone else since those videos are already a couple years old and no one has found any downloads yet. Either way, we are probably never gonna get to play it, oh well.

Maybe Vitor is too attachmented to his mod, so he don't want to see his stages being used without being credited on another SOR Maker work or OpenBOR game and in worst case, take his custom stages and make bad edits.

About the possibility of someone else created the mod, I think Vitor did.. As he said on all description videos,
"The story is in Portuguese of Portugal, but is basically the original story of the game, so it’s okay to not translate." and also a lot of enemies got Portuguese names.

And well, we can see how he evolved too much on Stage Design seeing his 2012 of a Bath Stage.

Guy's Portuguese. Had great ideas for that mod. Unfortunately, he's definitely NOT releasing it which really sucks.

Yeah it took me about 2 years or so to find out the games he used now its just a matter of putting them together like he did

Hey not bad,it's looking good,its a little bit similar to that guys version of the stage,but it is missing some stuff.

Actually, you can try to add your own flair on it, inspired by this mysterious mod, but start making your own feel. Looking good.

I do hope you consider getting more help with you mod with Don,if you accept of course,Rain.

Open up a new thread with this mod at the demos/experiments forum. From the sound of things this might be a new mod with your own twist.
