Not sure if Natty made an arranged version of her, might ask.
I know for sure Axel-1 got improved all the way around, though.

Re: Some thoughts on 5.2.
I know what can make the future patch better. First, to return things from v5.1 are hitboxes. Power of characters, balanced Axels from 5.0, HQ filter (at the discretion of each), AI from 5.1. The style of the splash screen is a matter of taste. Make Ash more powerful and balanced. About the music. As with the palette folder. Give an additional folder with BGM1401 remixes that were in V5.0-5.1. In general, allow the player to customize hitboxes - as in a remake or vice versa, as in the original trilogy. Return transport levels from 5.1 where you could completely finish off bikers + boss Jack. (he did not interfere.). I think letting the player choose the patch will be cool

Re: Some thoughts on 5.2.
The characters patches need NattyCat's fixes that she already made and most of us have in their mods. That's all we need. Hitboxes, colors and frames are highly optimized.

Re: Some thoughts on 5.2.
In additions to the ideas presented in the initial post for this thread, I have a few more ideas to throw out there since I've played a lot more of 5.2 lately.
1. Use Adam's sprites from Bare Knuckle Mobile.
-While the sprite's used for Adam in the base game are fine, I noticed that the ones used in BK Mobile are much more detailed and more fit in line with BK 2 characters. And considering that Blaze has her BK Mobile outfit here, why not add Adam's sprites in as an Alt as well? Just a thought.
2. Presets for the AI Editor.
-Since the AI Editor is a standard unlockable now, I think it would be interesting if there were preset configurations to select from. Each SoR game (including the different versions of Remake) have the AI act in different ways. It would be nice to have the preset option to allow enemies to more behave in one way (Like SoR 2) versus another (Like Remake 5.0 or 5.1). I think this quick setup option would address some of the issue people had with 5.2's AI if they could quickly set it up to act like older versions if they'd want it to.
3. New scenes (Maybe?)
-Not sure where would be a good place to add new levels if any (Route 4's Stage 2 could use at least one more scene), but some additional stage content would be nice. This is entirely optional and just wishful thinking. I'm not expecting anyone to add anything more. Campaign is already pretty solid, except for the minor stuff I mentioned in the first post.

#2 - I would love this, an option to make the enemies behave like in SOR2 would fix my number 1 complaint I have with Remake. I don't like the fact that enemies move erratically and slowly drain your hp down as you try to hit them, you can't even group them up properly like you could in the original games. It doesn't feel like an SOR game at all, it feels like I'm fighting with swarms of bees. And don't even get me started on the bosses, they have i-frames for days while the characters have little to none when doing certain moves giving you less to work with. And why is it that when bosses come back as normal enemies they still have i-frames on their wake up? Like, come on man.

Another thing about Remake that bugs me is the large chunk of health lost when you use specials without meter. They made it like BKIII in that regard and I think it should be like SOR3 where you don't lose as much health when doing specials without meter. It would balance things out since SOR3 and Remake are harder and specials are a must when dealing with the crazy enemies. I felt that the large health lost in BKIII worked because it's an easier game and we didn't need to use specials as much.

Re: Some thoughts on 5.2.
I just started playing the game a few days ago. It's good, but man, is it tough. Much tougher than sor 4 in my opinion. The enemies aren't too bad but it's the stages that have those obstacles that I have a problem with period, particularly the stage with the train tracks that have that cargo going back and forth that can hit you if you're not careful. Pretty annoying.
I want to unlock the shop, but it looks like the game requires you to complete it before you can access it. Any other way to access the shop other than beating the game?
Also can you tell me how many stages there are in the game in a play through? I got up to like stage 7 and then died LOL.

There's no other way to unlock the shop, but someone here posted a save file with everything unlocked on it,
you can check that out here if you want https://sorr.forumotion.net/t850-5-2-all-unlocked-save
As for the stages, there's 8 of them.

I agree. SoR3 meter allows too much special spam I think but BKIII's penalty is too large and actually encourages you to eat damage from enemies rather than wasting what ends up being more health on using special at full meter. I'd suggest SoRR use its own meter setting where the penalty is halfway between SoR3 and BKIII.

While it's 8 Stages from start to finish (like the original games), the number of scenes varies depending on which route you take.
I made a map of all the routes you can check out here:

Interesting idea about the meter. It's my preferred method for the special. The green health thing from 4 would work better if the enemies weren't so cheap. Hell, even the Blood Thirst perk in Survival is better.
