Train Rider and Teamwork?

Could somebody please spoil me, on how to unlock the train rider and teamwork trophies? How do i perform the teamwork combo with 2 players, exactly? And what do i have to do with that train?

Teamwork: I haven't achieved it yet, but it says you shoud simply use a team attack to defeat a boss; in this case, I believe it's a matter of using, with two human players or (supposedly harder) with a CPU partner, one of the vault jumps: grab the other player from the front and then do the vault jump, the team jumping attack will be done; or also grab the other player from front and then throw him/her/it back, also triggering a team jumping attack.
Train Rider: this one is much easier, I've achieved it; you must just jump successfully over all the obstacles in the Train scene.

Uhm, this probably requires the option to be on, for player dealing damage to other player, or else you cannot grab onto them! Thankfully, a 2nd player can join in anytime, so i will try to reach a boss at my leisure! (that is what i do for evil Sor1 ending, anyway)

As I (sadly) usually don't have anyone around for coop playing, I play the game by myself, without CPU partner, and simply press Start on the controller 2 right before the end of the fight against Mona and Lisa before Mr.X in SoR1 route.
That way, I can get all the SoR1 bad endings.
