How do you connect Xbox/PS controller to NEW 5.2 Update?

I don't see the controller option in game. How do you pair a controller on 5.2?

I think you have have controller connected before turning game on. That was problem with 5.1.

Yes, make sure your controller is connected before you open the game. Go to options and then set your controls up however you wish.

I play using my XSX and my XONE controllers. I either use the Xbox USB wireless dongle or the USB cable to connect to the PC prior to launching the game.
