Streets of Rage 4 Mods & Hacks

With so many SOR4 mods popping up, I think it is best we have a topic for taking note. Here is my first contribution (taken from a Youtube comment by I am Me):

Play as SOR4 Max (memory patch)
Just use cheat engine & array scan.
Its really, easy, just try to replace FLoyd with Max for start.
Use array search with cheat engine to find Floyd

Some interesting comment taken from the repository:

The game seems to be very data-driven.

The file named 'bigfile' contains a serialization of custom .Net objects including data for all the characters, moves, levels and a lot of other stuff. If this file is correctly reverse-engineered, there is a chance modders would eventually be able to add new character or moves to the game, instead of just making texture swaps.

Add new characters like... Rudra, or have a playable Roo:

Thank you for posting this, I haven't had time to check this all out, but I will soon, these are great developments

I recently found a video of the Stage 8 Beyo & Riha boss fight in Remake form:



It's early days, but the modder wants to expand on this to include the whole stage. I asked about the entire game, but haven't had a reply yet.
