SoRr v5.1 on OG Xbox ... possible?

I recently softmodded my OG Xbox (primarily so I could play Metal Wolf Chaos and Xyanide) and decided to check out the port of SoRr. Whilst it's pretty much flawless (overscan issues aside), it's apparently stuck at v5.0 and updating the .dat file prevents the game from launching. I was wondering, has anyone managed to get v5.1 working on console?

Hey did you ever get an answer for this? I am trying to get this amazing game to work on my xbox one but i am not sure how to do it. Do you have any suggestions??
