The rgb color #000000 is used as transparency for SoRmaker so its important to note that you should never have it be pure black color in any of your stages you can use colors that are extremely similar to black but you can't use pure black/rgb #000000

If you are talking about using a color that is closer to black, I suggest using #010101, though #000400 may be used.
The game treats pure black (ie. HTML color code #000000) for transparency effects, so you are not allowed to select that color for any element when creating your artwork, otherwise you may expose part of the background during gameplay. Many thanks to Rain for pointing that out.
