A full route map for Streets of Rage Remake Version 5.2.
I spent a lot of time and research to make this as accurate as possible, so hopefully this will help people trying to make a full playthrough.

Thank you for this! Having an updated route map is nice.
For people who don't want to log in to Deviantart to download the full-size image, when the login popup appears you can right click the image behind and open it in a new tab.
Two issues I notice:
• There's typos under Ending 1 and in the description under Stage 6. At least six instances of " " I see, probably a copy and paste formatting error.
• The trap rooms in the building at the end of the SoR3 style route aren't totally randomized (depends on how specific/spoilery you wanna get on the map, I'd say go for it):

- Knowing how the bomb disarm room layout works is crucial to getting the good ending on Mania where there's basically no time to make mistakes, and you have to trial and error it a few times I think to figure it out. Based on my tests, version 5.2 picks a room layout at random from one of two possible layouts, which is the same as in 5.0 and 5.1 if I remember correctly. I've listed the layouts as follows, with floor 4 being the upper starting floor, and floor 1 being the bottom one you need the
keycard to access:
Layout 1
Floor 4: (Entrance)
Floor 3: (Trap room: double floor spark) (Keycard for floor 1) (Trap room: low ceiling lasers)
Floor 2: (Trap room: vertical laser) (Trap room: ground laser) (Disarm console)
Floor 1: (Exit & Shiva boss fight, keycard required)

Floor 4: (Entrance)
Floor 3: (Trap room: vertical laser) (Disarm console) (Trap room: double floor spark)
Floor 2: (Trap room: ground laser) (Keycard for floor 1) (Trap room: low ceiling lasers)
Floor 1: (Exit & Shiva boss fight, keycard required)
None of the room positions are duplicated between layouts, therefore knowing the layouts instantly means you know where all the rooms are (most importantly the disarm console) after checking your first room. The best room to check first is the middle room of the 1st floor first which contains either the keycard or the disarm console. If you get the keycard, run to the next floor down, and check the far room.

Updated the download link to Google Drive because it will be a easier to get to.
Changes:
-Fixed issues with the ending texts.
-Formatting for Level Names have been updated from center to left side.
-Updated the Z text block with Stage 8.05 [Escape] Trap room layouts.

I made a number of formatting changes since I last posted here. These changes are meant to fix minor errors and make the map easier to read and understand overall.

Ok, I thought it was an addition scene, but it replaces the jetski ride scene. So it's more an improvement of an existing scene.

Yeah, the levels on the map are based on how they appear on the level select. The island you're thinking of appears in the middle of that section, between two short jetski segments.

The map for 5.2 is almost the same as 5.0/5.1. The only real changes I can think of are the additions of the Water Fountain stage at the beginning of Route 4 and the walking segment for the stage 6 wastelands.
