Correct. This was an early version of SORMaker when the program itself was first shown off in May 2007ish.

There were a few features (and placable enemies) that were dropped when it finally came out. If you notice Dr. Zero/Dahm is in one of the pictures. He isn't placable in the final iteration (unless 5.2 changed that, though I doubt it)

Was Cyborg Axel from BKIII ever in SorMaker? I always wondered why we never got enemy versions of the heroes.

Nah, sadly Break hasn't even been programmed in the game at all. The only way we got Break was by modding a Shiva-2 with data folder for a SOR3U mod.
