Help with using Pancake 3 for BK3/SOR3

Hi guys, I was hoping someone could help me as I've been trying to use Pancake 3 but can't seem to get it to work.

When I load the Pancake Jar file on my Mac, the app loads but I don't think it can see the guide files so anything I select (characters for example) after I load a bin file comes up as an error.

When I load the Pancake Jar file in Windows, the app won't even load. Instead a dialogue box appears stating that it cant find BK3 guide file.

Has anyone had this issue in the past? If so, would you be able to help? I'm sure the solutions is something simple but I just haven't been able to figure it out. Thanks in advance.
