How to play online multiplayer in Streets Of Rage Remake?

I've seen video explain you can with netplay or parsec but without tutorial.
Can you help me.

There was a guide in brawlersavenue.something... From the time ages ago that it was the old soronline.net! But i cannot seem to reach that site anymore, for some reason.

There was a procedure involving Hamachi, i think.

Can you give the instructions to follow please. For me it doesn't work
